In this post I'll show you two shade from Milani's Liquif'Eye Metallic Eye Liner. I'm not really sure why the word 'metallic' is in the title because I don't find these metallic at all - I'm sure the other shades (a gold, a blue, and a silver) would be metallic but the Black and Brown shades are not. Maybe shiny, but not metallic. Regardless, they are really nice liners - super creamy, very pigmented, and glide on like butter!

Milani Liquif'Eye Metallic Eye Liner Review:
I really liked the way these went on. They glide on like melted butter, and have a nice wet look to them. I wouldn't call the two shades I have - Black, Brown - metallic at all, but they do have a shiny sheen to them.
I am overly impressed with the application and formulation of these liners; makes me want to buy them all! I'd absolutely recommend these!

Now let me know what you think...
What do you think of these liners? Have you tried them or are they on your wish list? Discuss in the comments below.
Nice post! These liners seem comparable to the NYX slide on pencil liners in jet black and brown perfection. Is there anyway you can do a comparison of both brands? You should check the NYX ones out! They are amazing!
ReplyDelete@ Katherine: Thanks for the recommendation; I may be able to do a comparison in the future.
ReplyDeletegreat review!! it reminded me that i really want to pick up the brown pencil! thanks for the reminder :)
ReplyDeleteI always want to check these out when I pass by the milani section. Thanks for the great post! I think I am going to pick one up now
ReplyDeleteI own these in brown and black and I really like them. They go on so easy and smooth and wear all day with little fading and no transferring. I was hoping that they would wear as well on my waterline as they do on my lid, but that sadly isn't the case. If I apply these to my waterline, I am touching up in about an hour, just like with any liner. Oh well. I still love them. :)
ReplyDelete@ Ice Queen: Hardly any liners stay on my waterline... even ones that say they will. It just doesn't happen for me. Urban Decay's 24/7 Liners sorta work, but not really. The best for me, so far, is Smashbox Jet Set Liners -- I can go hours without a touch-up and even then it's just the outer corner. Try it out if you haven't!
ReplyDeleteYa, they don't look metallic, just sheen-ey. They are crazy pigmented for drugstore liners, my goodness!! Great swatches girl, I love your blog pix!!
