Palladio Tinted Lip Balm in Berry - pics, swatches, review

I have a great tinted lip balm to share with you in this post, the Palladio Tinted Lip Balm - which I have in the shade Berry. This balm is hydrating and has really good color payoff for a tinted balm - plus, it's affordable. Read my full review below, including all the product info, after the pics.

A unique emollient that contains natural UV filters such as caprylic/capric trigyceride (a liquid derived from coconut oil), this exclusive formula protects against the sun while deeply penetrating the lips' surface with intense conditioning.

Available in a wide variety of sheer colors - currently 9 shades - that are sure to look gorgeous on any skintone. I have the shade Berry, which is so beautiful and a very wearable, everyday shade. It's not really a berry shade in my opinion; I think it's more of a pink shade that's very beautiful. I'd also like to try Rosey and maybe Golden Pink as well.

This lip balm was really hydrating and felt comfortable on the lips; very smooth feeling - non-sticky. The color payoff was more than I expected from a tinted lip balm, which was a welcomed surprise. It's more like a sheer to light coverage lipstick with the way the color payoff is, but with the feeling of a hydrating, moisturizing lip balm.

At just $4.00 each, I think I prefer these to the Maybelline Baby Lips. They are very hydrating - which is saying something considering my lips are chronically always dry and chapped. And the color pay off is wonderful. I'd really recommend these!

Palladio Brow Pencil & Brow Powder in Brown - pics, before & after, swatches, reviews

I have two Palladio brow products to share with you in this post. One of them I love, the other wasn't for me due to the red undertones. I loved the brow powder; it's highly pigmented and the brown shade was perfect for me. The brow pencil, however, had red undertones to the brown and didn't look natural on me. Create tiny, hair-like lines wherever brows need to be filled. Attached brush softens pencil strokes, giving brows a natural appearance.

Available in five shades: Blonde, Taupe, Auburn, Brown, Black

I have this in brown. This brow pencil applied okay; not the best but certainly not the worst. It's right on average with texture and application. The biggest issue for me was the color - which had too much red in it, so it looked unnatural in my brows -- it especially looks noticeable/unnatural in my before & after pics due to the studio light and camera close-up. In person it didn't look all that bad, just a little more red in color compared to the hair on my head. I did like the spooly on the opposite end of the brush, but this shade just won't work for me - so I may try Taupe in the future or I will just stick with the Palladio Brow Powder, which I love.

Enhance and define brows easily with Palladio's soft and natural brow powders.

Available in three shades:

• Taupe - best for blonde, light brown, or gray hair
• Auburn - best for redheads
• Brown - best for medium to dark brunettes

I have this in the shade Brown, which is perfect for me. There are no red undertones, which I know can happen with a lot of brown brow products, such as the Palladio Brown Pencil in Brown, but this is the perfect ashy shade of brown.

This is richly pigmented, so you won't need as much as you think. Looks natural -- I know in the before & after pics it's more noticeable but you have to remember that is under studio lights and at close-up; it truly does look natural in person.

It does last a good amount of time on my brows but is easy to rub off - but I don't go rubbing my brows so it's usually not an issue for me. It does come with a small angled brush, but I just use my own angled brush that I like to apply brow powders with. Then I take a spooly and comb through them. I don't always, but I like to set them with a clear brow gel - which I do find helps the product last longer.

For the price, this is a great deal! Especially if you get this at Ulta and use a coupon; this is an amazing drugstore brand brow powder that I'd recommend giving a try!

Another Palladio product to share with you today: their Herbal Eyeshadow Quad in the shade Copper 'n' Chic. This affordable shadow quad is a great neutral combo that would be great for any eye color. I have the shade Copper 'n' Chic - which is gorgeous. I want all the quads, but the next two I for sure will get are Tantalizing Taupes and Smokey Eyes.

These have great pigmentation on their own, and of course over an eyeshadow primer they are even better. They blend beautifully too and last all day. Each quad comes with a dual sponge-tip applicator, but I usually toss those out and just use my makeup brushes.

Really think these are some great, affordable, richly pigmented eyeshadow quads that are worth it. I'd recommend picking up a palette or two!

With herbal enrichments as well as collagen and Maxi-Lip Formula, Palladio's Plum; 'n' Shine glosses boast the benefits of doctor-administered treatments in a safe, needle-free formula. Ingredients are absorbed instantly into the lips and begin plumping on contact (evident by a slight tingling sensation). Aloe vera and vitamin E maintain hydration to keep the mouth looking sleek and sexy.

Available in 12 shades. I have the shade Sheerly Pink, but I also want Pink Candy, Pink Affair, and Cherry Blossom. The shade I have is sheer in color - like a barely there pink - and I think that's how the other shades are too, but until I try more I can't be certain.

These glosses have a sweet smell - like vanilla cupcakes, but not an intense sweet smell. There is a light minty-like tingle that takes place, which wasn't that intense and didn't irritate my skin (sometimes lip plumpers can make the skin around my lips look red; this gloss didn't do that). The plump, on my lips, wasn't that extreme but it did plump them slightly.

However, plumping action aside, these glosses are great! They're non-sticky, go on smooth, feel comfortable on the lips and are super shiny! I really liked these glosses and will be picking up at least one of the other shades on my wish list next time I make an Ulta haul. I'd recommend checking these out!

Palladio Herbal Lipstick in Cosmopolitan - pics, swatches, review

With luxurious moisture and pigment, this electrifying formula comes in 33 high-fashion shades that are sure to make heads turn. Full-coverage properties keep color in place for hours without drying the lips.

This lipstick is affordable and good quality - something you don't always find at the drugstore. Amazing pigmentation - this is a one-coat lipstick formula - and it applies beautifully smooth and even. Feels comfortable on the lips, leaves lips with a slight shine and doesn't dry them out. I do find it does slightly feather out, but you could use a lip liner underneath to control that easily.

The shade I have, Cosmopolitan, is a vibrant bright pink. The swatch online looked different than what it looks like in person; in person it's more of a vibrant hot pink with a fuchsia-pink undertone. I though it was going to be more watermelon pink, but I still really like the color. Other shades I want to try next include Rosebud, Fantasy Pink, Precious Pink, and Coral Punch - but I think I'll go to Ulta to check the shades out in person first.

Overall, this is an affordable, good quality lipstick that I'd recommend.
