Erno Laszlo Transphuse Night Serum & Luminous Intensive Decollete Treatment SPF 20 - pics, swatches, reviews

Hello, Beautiful!

Erno Laszlo is my favorite luxury skincare brand. Everything from that line seems to perform so perfectly with my skin and it's one of the few skincare lines that I actually see results from. I'm actually almost completely out of my Erno Laszlo Phormula 3-9 Repair Cream - which I love and have been using so very sparingly (it's been about a year since I started using it and I keep coming back to it when I'm not trying out other products). In this post I have two of the most recent Erno Laszlo products I tried out - the Transphuse Night Serum and the Luminous Intensive Decollete Treatment SPF 20. Check out my full review on each product, including all the product info, after each set of pics!

Erno Laszlo Transphuse Night Serum

Erno Laszlo Transphuse Night Serum Info & Review:
Cost/Availability: $195.00 (1 fl oz full size). Available on the Erno Laszlo website, at Nordstrom, at Dermstore, and everywhere else Erno Laszlo is sold.
My Rating: 4 out of 5 Kisses

This lightweight, anti-aging serum repairs daily skin damage while you sleep. Transphuse Serum helps skin recover its natural balance overnight, reducing the appearance of fine lines and boosting defense against the next days stress. The skin is left lifted, toned and refreshed.

Fortifies by replenishing the skin with bioactive nutrients to enhance the cell's own defenses against environmental aggressors. Stimulates with innovative polypeptide technology to promote the creation of collagen, reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Soothes with lavender extract to help skin recover from the stress of the day and calms the senses for a restful sleep.

As I mentioned at the top of my post, Erno Laszlo is my favorite luxury skincare brand. And this product certainly comes with a luxury price tag of $195. I understand that's not in everyone's budget - a lot of times it's not even in mine! - but I can honestly say that Erno Laszlo products work really well for me, and for a lot of people I know. They may be pricey but I believe they're worth it.

The Transphuse Night Serum has a nice light liquid-serum texture. The scent was kind of mild to strong, but not bothersome and it goes away fast. Absorbs into the skin really easily.

This is the kind of product that is easy to incorporate into your nighttime routine. Cleanse, apply this serum, moisturizer and eye cream and you're good to go. I haven't been very consistent with this product, as I was sick for 3 weeks straight and my skincare routine was majorly thrown off, but I was using it pretty regularly and my skin was pretty happy because of it. I'll be 30 years old in April, so I'm at the point where I'm all about wrinkle prevention. I've had smile lines for years now that bother me, and getting fine lines around my eyes. I'm trying to keep my skin looking as wrinkle-free as possible, and a product like this will aid in that goal.

Erno Laszlo Luminous Intensive Decollete Treatment SPF 20

Erno Laszlo Luminous Intensive Decollete Treatment SPF 20 Info & Review:
Cost/Availability: $95.00 (1.7 oz full size). Available on the Erno Laszlo website, at Nordstrom, at Dermstore, and everywhere else Erno Laszlo is sold.
My Rating: 5 out of 5 Kisses

Repair and illuminate the delicate skin on the decolletage (your chest/boobies - for those that don't know), with this protective treatment with SPF 20. Helps soften, firm and brighten the skin, while broad-spectrum UV protection guards against discoloration and photo-aging.

Renews by promoting cell turnover to help even skin tone and diminish sun spots, age spots and dark spots. Protects with antioxidants and broad spectrum sunscreen to protect against environmental damage. Hydrates with soothing emollients that soften and replenish skin's moisture level.

This has a light texture, that feels like a silicone-gel. Has a light scent that doesn't bother me at all. And with this product I find that a little goes a long way. You'll use less than you think, as it really spreads out and absorbs into skin like a dream.

Again, I don't really have issues or problems in my decolletage area at the moment, but I want to keep it that way so it's all about preventative measures. I find this really does soften the skin and also firms it up a bit. I like the SPF 20, as I often wear v-neck tops and it's an area constantly exposed to the sun. I am really bad at remembering to apply sunscreen, so it's nice to use a product that includes it.

If you're looking for a luxury decollete product, this is it!

Erno Laszlo - Phormula 3-9 Repair Cream

Erno Laszlo Phormula 3-9 Repair Serum Info & Review:
Cost/Availability: $265.00 (1.7 oz full size). Available on the Erno Laszlo website, at Nordstorm, at Neiman Marcus, and Sakes Fifth Avenue.
My Rating: 5 out of 5 Kisses!

Phormula 3-9 Repair Cream is a daily nutritional supplement for the skin, offering superior hydration, strong anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties for renewed skin cell energy and a more youthful appearance. For all skin types.

I really liked the texture of this cream; very smooth and creamy. It absorbed quickly and I only needed a little to get the job done (which is nice to know when you're spending so much money on a single item). The scent isn't too strong and disapates quickly.

I noticed my skin starting to improve within a week or two of using this cream and the serum. It feels like luxury going on and you get results. It's worth it, even if you get it and only use it as needed.

If your budget can afford it, go for this luxury skincare product and treat yourself to great skin!

A radiance-boosting serum that encourages healthy skin metabolism and strong skin cell turnover for improved brightness, texture and glow. Collagen and elastin production is boosted, resulting in greater elasticity, hydration and evenness of tone. For all skin types.

This had a nice texture to it. It absorbed quickly and the shimmer didn't really show up on the skin like you'd think it would. Instead it just added a glow to the skin. The scent was a bit stronger than the cream, but still not that bad.

As with the cream, I noticed results using this product.

If your budget allows for it, this is a luxury product you should try out!

All About Phormula 3-9

If skin could only choose one product, it would choose Phormula 3-9. with proven efficacy and uncompromising results in repairing and protecting stressed skin, Phormula 3-9 is Erno Laszlo's masterpiece. One of the original formulas developed by Dr. Laszlo and relentlessly improved over time, Phormula 3-9 was customized for his most demanding celebrity clientele. Now, in addition to the original Balm consistency, Erno Laszlo is proud to launch a new Serum and Cream to allow for all skin types to transform their complexion with the healing powers of Phormula 3-9

THE UNTOLD STOREY OF PHORMULA 3-9
Phormula 3-9 has a long and distinguished history. It is a formula that has lived with, helped to heal and protected the skin of some of the most famous men and women over the past century. A total of eight iterations were created between 1917 and 1973 specifically for the following muses: Princess Stephanie, Frida Gombaszogi, Greta Garbo, Lillian Gish, The Duchess of Windsor, Hubert De Givenchy, Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe respectively (a version of the Phormula was created for Marily to treat her post-surgical abdominal scar tissue).

The current and ninth iteration was discovered inadvertently in 2001 by a researcher sorting through a doctor's personal archives. Nearly 30 years had passed since Dr. Laszlo penned the original formulation, and it was anticipated that it might require updating. What was discovered, however, was that the transcript Dr. Laszlo left behind was already a high-tech hybird, and only small alterations were made in the formula to capitalize on some of the very newest breakthroughs in anti-aging actives.

THE RESULTS:
Perfected over almost 100 years of research and development, this highly advanced formula restores skin that is stressed, dulled and dried by lifestyle and environmental factors. Clinical trials illustrating the benefits to the skin stated that after just one week, wounds showed 67% improvement in healing. It outperformed anything else like it on the market. Known for its "health dome", which acts as a second skin, the formula's smoothing and hydrating properties are effectively absorbed, boosting the skin's own natural healing properties, be it the treatment of everything from dry patches to sunburn, and even the improvement of post-surgical scars.

KEY INGREDIENTS:
The exact formula for 309 is a closely guarded secret. It contains a blend of rich, powerful and time-honored ingredients, such as raspberry stem cells, and key plant-derived oils from across the world. A few of the oils include Tacamahca Seed Oil, a healing oil from sacred trees in the South Pacific; Chaulmoogra Oil, a natural antibacterial agent derived form a tree in East India and Aleurites Fordi Oil, an extracted oil that's derived from a genus that includes mustard, cabbage and broccoli.

Erno Laszlo C-Peel: pics, review

Hello, Beautiful!

I've recently tried out the Erno Laszlo C-Peel, which is a great 2-step peel. It's similar to the Philosophy Microdelivery Peel (if you're familiar with that), but I feel that the Erno Laszlo C-Peel worked better for me. I love the way this peel works, how smooth my skin is afterwards, and how good it smells.

Check out my pics, swatches, stats, and review... click on pics to view them larger.

Erno Laszlo C-Peel Review:
I love peels and scrubs, I seriously think I have a sickness because I can never have enough, lol. I was really excited to try out the Erno Laszlo C-Peel. My first thoughts of this peel was "wow, this looks very similar to Philosophy's The Microdelivery Peel", which I already have, been using for years, and really like. However, I knew the Erno Laszlo brand has some great products so I was anxious to try it out.

I really liked the packaging; it looked luxurious and I know looks aren't everything, but it helps get me in a mind set that I'm indulging myself when I do my peel. Sometimes that can be important to a busy mom (like myself), especially when doing my skincare is my most relaxing part of my day. But of course, like I said, looks aren't everything. Good thing this product has brains and beauty!

Using this peel was simple; just apply the peel/scrub part - massaging into skin for a couple minutes. Then apply a few drops of the activator to your fingertips, rub together and apply over top the scrub. When you apply the activator you'll get a warming sensation, which is nice (not burning). Leave on for a minute or two, then rinse off. I like to take a wet washcloth or paper towel to remove the peel, and then rinse my face. I feel it gives me a little tiny bit extra exfoliation.

Afterwards, my face was super smooth, soft and had a nice glow. It worked better for me than Philosophy's The Microdelivery Peel, but they are similar. The Erno Laszlo version is a little more money than the Philosophy version ($12 more), but I feel it worked better for me so it would be worth the extra $12 to use a product that I feel is a better match or my skin.

Overall, another great peel that I would recommend!
