Pacifica Hand & Body Lotion Wipes in Tuscan Blood Orange - pics, review

Hello, Beautiful!

It seems there are products in wipe form everywhere nowadays! Sometimes though, that can majorly come in handy - such as for travel, purse, car, and just general laziness. Pacifica has Hand & Body Lotion Wipes, which come in a few scents. I have the scent Tuscan Blood Orange. Check out my full review below, including all the product info, after the pics.

Pacifica Hand & Body Lotion Wipes
Scent: Tuscan Blood Orange

Pacifica Hand & Body Lotion Wipes Info & Review:
Cost/Availability: $7.00 (per pack of 30 wipes). Available on the Pacifica website, at Target, and everywhere else Pacifica products are sold.
My Rating: 5 out of 5 Kisses

Easily wipe on lasting moisture and watch dryness disappear in seconds. Simple to use, fast and portable. Each biodegradable cloth is scented with Pacifica's signature fragrance blends and infused with coconut milk and skin loving naturals that will bring back your skin's youthful glow in an instant. Super simple scented moisture whenever and wherever you need it. Formulated for all skin types. Vegan and cruelty free.

Currently available in three scents: Tuscan Blood Orange, Indian Coconut Nectar and Hawaiian Ruby Guava. All three just happen to be my top three scents from Pacifica. I find they're not heavily scented - which is nice because it keeps them non-offensive.

They are soft and really do moisturize your skin without being greasy. I like the idea of a lotion wipe - especially for travel or to keep in my purse; far less messy and I've had lotion messes in my purse before. I don't know if I would replace my regular lotion completely with these, but I do think these are a great on-the-go option or for anyone who needs quick application anywhere, anytime (just like they say).

Jean Pierre Cosmetics Self Tan Wipes, Nail Polish Remover Wipes, & Daily Exfoliating Cleansing Towelettes - pics, reviews

Hello, Beautiful!

Jean Pierre Cosmetics makes a range of cosmetic wipes/towelettes, and if something comes in a wipe for some reason I'm a sucker for it! You can find them at places like Ulta, drugstores, and sometimes even TJ Maxx. I have three of their products to share with you in this one post: their Self Tan Wipes (which come 10 in a box), their Nail Polish Remover Wipes (also come 10 in a box), and their newer Exfoliating Daily Cleansing Towelettes (which comes 30 in a pack). Check out my full review, including all the product info, on each product after each set of pics!

Jean Pierre Cosmetics
Self Tan Wipes

Jean Pierre Cosmetics Self Tan Wipes Info & Review:
Cost/Availability: $8.99 (10 wipes per box, full size). Available at Ulta, Drugstore.com, TJ Maxx (sometimes), and everywhere else Jean Pierre Cosmetics are sold. Click here to find a retailer near you.
My Rating: 3.5 out of 5 Kisses

Jean Pierre Cosmetics Self Tan Wipes are for both the body and the face. Quick and even, streak-free application. Hypoallergenic.

To Use: Remove wipe from packet and unfold completely. Apply evenly to clean, dry skin in a circular motion. Make sure you wash your hands as soon as you're done (or wear disposable gloves) to prevent orange palms. For a deeper tan, if you prefer, apply another towelette after 2 to 3 hours.

These wipes have a self-tanner smell - which is to be expected from a self tanner, but so many self tan products now a-days are trying to smell better, so it was hard to go back to that self-tanner scent. Still, these did actually work. They didn't make me look orange - which is a plus. Just enhanced my already naturally tanned skin (although my legs are pretty white!)

I don't think they're the most amazing self tanner out there, but they are convenient to use and a nice option to take with you if you're traveling.

Jean Pierre Cosmetics
Nail Polish Remover Wipes

Jean Pierre Cosmetics Nail Polish Remover Wipes Info & Review:
Cost/Availability: $3.99 (10 count box, full size). Available at Ulta, Drugstore.com, TJ Maxx (sometimes), and everywhere else Jean Pierre Cosmetics are sold. Click here to find a retailer near you.
My Rating: 4 out of 5 Kisses

Jean Pierre Cosmetics Nail Polish Remover Wipes do not contain acetone. One wipe will remove polish from all 10 nails. Nourishes the cuticles. Ideal for traveling.

These have a nail polish remover scent, but of course they do. I had just also recently tried another nail polish remover wipe and they didn't smell like nail polish remover, so I guess that's why I noted their scent.

They do a nice job at removing nail polish. One wipe is enough for all 10 fingers and possibly even your toes, just depending on the polish you're wearing. I wouldn't recommend these for glitter polish removal; it would just take too long and you'd like need more than one wipe, but they do work for normal polish removal.

I would recommend these for travel or to keep in your purse (or book bag), but I wouldn't recommend these for everyday use, as they're a bit expensive for that purpose. But I do think they are perfect to take with you and not have to worry about nail polish remover spilling!

Jean Pierre Cosmetics
Exfoliating Daily Cleansing Towelettes

Jean Pierre Cosmetics Exfoliating Daily Cleansing Towelettes Info & Review:
Cost/Availability: $3.99 to $4.99 depending where you shop (30 count, full size). Available at Ulta, Drugstore.com, TJ Maxx (sometimes), and everywhere else Jean Pierre Cosmetics are sold. Click here to find a retailer near you.
My Rating: 4 out of 5 Kisses

Jean Pierre Cosmetics Exfoliating Daily Cleansing Towelettes easily removes dead skin cells, while deeply cleaning down to your pores. Leaves skin silky smooth. Alcohol-free. Hypoallergenic. PH Balanced.

One side of these wipes is smooth, while the other side is textured for exfoliation. The exfoliating side does a nice job at exfoliating your skin. If you have very sensitive skin you may think the exfoliation is a bit rough, but my skin had no problem with it. It left my skin soft and smooth.

The scent of these is just okay; nothing I really liked but I could tolerate it. They aren't very wet, and I don't like to use them to remove my makeup. I wouldn't recommend them for eye makeup removal at all, but they should take care of most - if not all - your face makeup. I just like to use these in place of a cleanser if I'm being lazy. I liked these and would recommend if you like using wipes but are looking for ones that will give you some exfoliation.

Cool Off - The Quick Chill - Icy Cold Herbal Towelettes: pics, review

Hello, Beautiful!

Summer isn't over yet and one way to beat the heat when you're outdoors is with a product called Cool Off - The Quick Chill - Icy Cold Herbal Towelettes! This new-to-me product has been a must-have in my purse all summer long. I've used these at the amusement park and they were so nice to have on hand. They really do keep you feeling cool and refreshed. Would be great to use after a long work out too! Check out my full review, and all the product info, after the pics!

Cool Off - The Quick Chill
Icy Cold Herbal Towelettes

Cool Off - The Quick Chill - Icy Cold Herbal Towelettes Info & Review:
Cost/Availability: $4.99 and up, depending on the pack size you get. Available on the Cool Off website, at CVS, at Amazon, and everywhere else Cool Off products are sold. Click here to find a retailer near you.
My Rating: 4.5 out of 5 Kisses

Cool Off - The Quick Chill - Icy Cold Herbal Towelettes contain 17 natural herbs, botanicals and essential oils, all infused in a luxurious towelette that refreshes, renews, re-energizes and most importantly - cools you off!

These towelettes will reduce your skin temperature about 10 to 13 degrees in just minutes! Your skin temperature will stay up to 13 degrees cooler for an hour or more! They come in a Citrus Ice scent - which isn't my favorite scent, but it's not awful.

I can say that these really do work! They are amazing and other than the scent, I would have given them 5 out of 5 Kisses! All you do is open them, take the towelette out and shake it lightly. Then press it onto your skin where you want to be cooled down; back of your neck, inner arms, back of the knees, your chest, back, and forehead. You can wipe it on too, but pressing it on for several seconds will build the chill. You can even keep the towelette on your skin for maximum coolness. To reactivate the cool, splash a little water on the areas where you wiped the towelette!

Great for the amusement park - which is primarily where I've used these. They truly do work - I even had goosebumps at one point when the wind hit me, and this is in 85/90 degree weather -- that's just how good they work! They feel so great!

Would be wonderful for sports and fitness activities, theme parks, the beach, outdoor activities - like hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, golf - and if you're in the construction field these would be great! If you get hot flashes or night sweats these could be a great product to keep by your bed. And you could even use them when you have a headache!

Overall, I really was impressed with these wipes and would highly recommend them as a way to stay cool, refresh and renew!

Clearasil Ultra On-The-Go Rapid Action Wipes - pics, review

Hello, Beautiful!

As someone with adult acne, I love anything that is going to help me keep my skin as clear as possible. I'm also addicted to using makeup remover wipes/skin care wipes. So when I saw the Clearasil Ultra On-The-Go Rapid Action Wipes, I knew I had to do a review on them! Check out my full review below, including all the product info, after the pics.

Clearasil Ultra On-The-Go Rapid Action Wipes

Clearasil Ultra On-The-Go Rapid Action Wipes Info & Review:
Cost/Availability: $3.97 to $5.99 per pack, depending where you shop (30 count wipes full size). Available at Walmart, at Target, at Walgreens, on Amazon's website, and everywhere else Clearasil products are sold.
My Rating: 4 out of 5 Kisses

These convenient wipes start clearing pores fast to fight breakouts on the go. With maximum strength acne medication - 2% salicylic acid - Clearasil's Ultra On-The-Go Rapid Action Wipes fight breakouts fast - anytime, anywhere.

Exfoliating action opens blocked pores. Helps to clear pimples fast. Dermatologist tested. Comes 30 wipes per package. Great to use after the gym, at school, after sports, during travel, or anytime you feel like your skin needs to be deeply cleaned and treated.

I like these wipes overall, but I do find they are a bit small in size. I'm used to pulling out a wipe from a package and it's a good size - these seemed mini. I believe they are 4" x 4" in size. However, even though they are smaller in small than I'm typically used to when it comes to wipes, these get the job done and have plenty of product on them to clean your entire face and neck.

They have a nice smell to them and even though there is salicylic acid in them, I didn't find that it really had that sting that you typically get from salicylic acid (or maybe I just didn't have enough open acne). They do a great job at cleaning off anything your makeup remover left behind, and after using them your face will feel cleaned out.

These are something I would travel with. If you do plan to travel with these wipes - or any wipes for that matter - I recommend keeping the package in a zip-lock bag in case there is any spillage that could happen from the wipes package. I don't typically have any issues with that happening, but better safe than sorry when you're traveling -- plus I find keeping them in a zip-lock bag keeps air out even more and preserving them longer.

You could use these daily as part of your skincare routine, but I usually just use these when I'm lazy with my skincare - or when my skin flares up as an extra step after my cleanser and before my toner. If you have acne-prone skin these wipes may be very helpful for you; I'd recommend.
