Dr.'s REMEDY - Holiday Collection of Polishes! Swatches & Pics!

Hello, Beautiful!

I've finally tried my very first Dr.'s REMEDY nail polishes, and let me just tell you, they are great polishes! They go on smooth and evenly, the colors are gorgeous, and they even have two great glitters in their holiday collection. Did I mention this brand was created by doctors? Their polishes are 3Free and enriched with tea tree oil, vitamins, and wheat protein. They're great for everyone - including kids and pregnant women!

Please check out the Dr.'s REMEDY website (be sure to like their Facebook page and follow them on Twitter for great deals!).

  1. I like Serene an the red glitter, but I'm not sure I want to pay their price for them. LOL I guess I'm semi cheap once in a while.

  2. @ Original_Wacky: I know what you mean; sometimes I wouldn't dare pay more than $8 for a bottle and other times I'm buying a $45 limited edition 2-bottle set from Deborah Lippmann (the Edge of Glory set), lol. One good thing though, this brand does have a really great formula to their polishes. Nicely enriched, goes on really, really nicely and is now starting to offer glitters that are pretty unique in their own right. I can't wait to see what future glitters this brand may launch!

  7. Oooh so pretty! I'm new to your blog, and I really like the way you photograph and show off the polishes in great detail!

The silver is so different from most, and I love the purple! I have Tranquil Tangerine--it was the color that made me try the brand in the first place! I also have some of the "treatment" polishes from them as well. Good company, a little pricey but if you shop around you can find good deals on shipping, etc.

Thanks for such a great review!

  10. wondering how easy the removal of the glitter was?

  11. @ Unknown: The glitter removal was easy for these; but then again I wear so many glitter polishes that I have a system down. I do the acetone soaking method. I don't have a photo tutorial yet of my glitter removal method, but I do have a written tutorial -- with two removal options -- on my website; here'st the link:
    http://www.valentinekisses.com/tutorials/tutorialsbytype/nails/removeglitternailpolish.htm

But overall these glitters removed nice and easy; sometimes I have to use q-tips and scrub the glitter off, but I didn't need to do that with these.
