If you loved the Maybelline Color Tattoo shadows (the cream version) then you may just love the Maybelline Color Tattoo Pure Pigments Eyeshadow! I have five shades, all of which are neutrals and very wearable by anyone. These were the colors that I was most drawn to and what I thought I would use the most. My two favorite to use are Barely Brazen and Black Mystery -- both are must-have shades, in my opinion. Check out my full review below, including all the product info, after the pics!

Dare to wear intense eyeshadow color! Double-dipped pigments create double color intensity for your most explosive eyes. Superior long lasting eyeshadow staying power. Intense pure pigments in our crease-proof, long wearing formula create explosive color for wear up to 24 hours.
I liked the texture of these and the colors available. They are nicely pigmented and have good staying power. They blend nicely too.
There are currently 12 shades available; I only picked up the neutral shades that appealed to me most. I like using Barely Brazen as an all-over lid shade, sometimes on its own with just an eyeliner and mascara, or I'll sometimes add a crease color. It's one of those neutral brightening shades that just wakes up your eyes and looks natural but pretty. I really like the shade Black Mystery; it's a deep black with teal shimmer in it. Really pretty as an outer corner color or smokey liner shade. The shade Buff & Tuff had a bit more chalky texture, but it's workable.
I like these a lot and would recommend!

Even though it's a shade I probably wouldn't wear, Black Mystery is gorgeous!
ReplyDelete@ Sarah: Black Mystery is my absolute favorite! It's more wearable than you'd think. I've been using it to deepen up my outer corner and it's gorgeous. Also beautiful as a smoky looking liner ; just beautiful! The little teal shimmer is just that perfect something special. of course you could go full on BAM! and wear it all over the lid, but I've been wearing it in a more subtle way.
