Pink Wednesday: Dotted Flowers

Hello, Beautiful!

It's Wednesday and that means it's time for another pink themed mani! I apologize in advance for my extremely dry skin! I didn't realize how dry it looked until after I took the photos.

Enjoy! :)

To re-create this Pink Wednesday mani:
  • 1 coat of Deborah Lippmann's Ridge Filler Base Coat
  • 2 coats of Wet n Wild Wild Shine polish in French White Creme
  • 1 coat of Essence polish in Space Queen
  • Using a dotting tool, create flowers by making 5 dots in a connecting circle and one dot in the center. Colors used for the flowers: Funky Fingers - Manic Flamingo, Essie - Castaway, Essence - Ultimate Pink, H&M - Coral, China Glaze - Traffic Jam, and China Glaze - Strawberry Fields
  • 1 coat of Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat to finish

Let me know what you think...

  1. This is something I'd like to do on my niece. This is off topic, but I wanted to to tell you I got my Birchbox yesterday and it was so blah. It's like I paid $10 for that lip cream. That is the only thing I like, but I don't' know if I'd pay the whole $14 for it. I also got some of those nail polish things, but I paint mine about 3 or 4 times a week so it seems like a lot of work for something I'd take off the next day probably. Even more so since I don't care for the pattern much. I hate lavender and they included a lavender face cream. Also a perfume sample I don't care for. I was hoping for the mascara sample you got because I live for mascara. I went on my beauty profile page and was hoping there was a spot I could tell them to stop sending perfume and face or hand creams, I have never cared for that stuff since I got into makeup. Well, I just wrote a novel. Hopefully October is a better month.

  2. @ sunnydee130: Sorry your box was also disappointing :( Like you, I paint my nails very often - usually every day - but I still love those nail decals for things like vacation or when I know I'll be busy and want my nails to look good for a few days. The Sally Hansen Salon Effects Strips are the only ones I've bought and worn, so I'm excited to try a new brand. For me, those were the best thing in my box.

I too wish there was a place I could tell them to not send any perfume samples.
