Smashbox Be Legendary Lipstick in Nylon Nude, Posy Pink -- swatches, pics, review

Hello, Beautiful!

I've been wanting to try the new Smashbox Be Legendary Lipsticks, especially since lately I've been on a huge lipstick kick when normally I'm a gloss girl. I have two shades to show you in this post: Nylon Nude and Posy Pink. These lipsticks have great pigmentation, go on creamy, and last a good amount of time. Out of the two shades I have, Posy Pink is the one I've been wearing the most. Let me know what shade you like best!

Smashbox Be Legendary Lipstick Review:
I really liked these lipsticks! The formula is fantastic and the pigmentation is really nice. They glide on nicely and they are fairly long lasting on me.

Out of the two shades I have, Posy Pink is my absolute favorite and is a perfect light pink for me. It's not too light where it looks pastel and since it's a warm based pink it compliments my skintone. It's gorgeous on its own, but I also love putting gloss on top too to change it up.

The shade Nylon Nude is very properly named, as the color does remind me of nylons! It is a great, true nude shade but I think it's a little too nude for my lips; I'd prefer a little more pink in my nude colors. Still, a great nude that I have worn and topped with a sheer pink gloss which makes a perfect nude lip for my smokey eye looks.

Overall, great lipstick that I'd recommend!

Now let me know what you think...

  6. I wonder how long it will take for Smashbox and other Estee Lauder brands to take off all their cruelty free marketing on their packaging. They were officially removed from all cruelty-free lists now that they sell to china which requires them to pay for animal testing. :-/
