LA Splash – Glamorous Shadow Duo (2 shades) and Enlightened Creamy Shadow Base: swatches, pics, reviews

Hello, Beautiful!

In this post I'll share with you two products from LA Splash that are great when combined together but also just as good on their own. I have their glamorous Shadow Duo in Egyptian Queen and Tropic Gal, as well as their Enlightened Creamy Shadow Base. Both products impressed me and they have good price points.

LA Splash Glamorous Shadow Duo Review:
I was really impressed with these shadows. The pigmentation was really nice, and of course it's buildable if you want to go more sheer. It also has a nice texture that blended easily.

Out of the two shadow duos I have, I think I would pick Egyptian Queen as my favorite but they are both really great. They are actually more pretty in person; the teal blue shade from the Tropic Gal duo is actually sooo pretty in person. Has beautiful dimension to it.

Overall, I'd recommend these shadow duos!

LA Splash Enlightened Creamy Shadow Base

My Rating: 4.5 out of 5 Kisses

LA Splash Enlightened Creamy Shadow Base Review:
The LA Splash Enlightened Creamy Shadow Base is a 2-for-1 product. You can wear them on their own as a cream shadow (even use as a highlighter or liner depending on what shade you choose), or use this product as it's intended for, as a shadow base.

Available in 5 shades, including 3 nude shades, a smoky charcoal base (great for smoky looks), and a glitter base. I have one of the nude shades, Illuminating, which is actually very pretty on its own. It does a great job at prolonging shadow wear and it will help to enhance shadow color.

Overall, a great shadow base that I'd recommend!

  5. @ PrettilyPolished: Aw, so glad I could inspire you! You've got a great start. My advice is to stay true to yourself and what you want your blog to be about. When you start trying to cater to everyone you lose yourself and start to dislike blogging. Keep it fun and remember that it's just blogging; nothing is life or death so don't stress yourself out if you don't get posts up. I used to stress out a lot about it but now I just do what I can :)
