Marj's Naturals Soaps - Chunky Pina Soap & Sweet Mango Soap - pics, review

Hello, Beautiful!

Soap is something we all need to use, but do we all use a good-for-us soap? I personally have a love-hate relationship with soap, but I recently was able to test out some new soaps from Marj's Naturals and I really enjoyed them. I even had a friend test them out - who has very sensitive skin and hardly anything works for him - and he really liked these as well. Full review below!

These soaps are available in round (shown in this post), floral, and bar shapes, and currently available in eight different scents.

And... stay tuned for a Marj's Naturals giveaway!!

My Rating: 4.5 out of 5 Kisses

Marj's Naturals consists of products especially handmade by a Registered Nurse and makeup artist in California who is passionate about creating beautiful things to help maintain and enhance someone's beauty naturally and healthfully (P.S. She also is responsible for Global Goddess Beauty). Having grown up on an island, Marj had easy access to tropical fruits like papaya, mango, and pineapple - all of which have great properties that make them beneficial for the skin. A great believer in the benefits of these fruits, she has found a way to incorporate them into luxurious soaps along with other great ingredients that are proven to do wonders for the skin.

These products are not tested on animals and are free from harmful ingredients and chemicals. They are real food for the skin. Feed and nourish your skin well. Treat skin conditions naturally. Fight aging naturally.

Infused with the finest essential oils, each of these soaps are handmade after a thorough research to come up with the most luxurious and healthiest formulations. Gentle and junk free, these long lasting soaps are safte to use as an effective exfoliating facial cleanser and as an all-over body soap.

Each soap has a light creamy pastel color as a result of the ingredients' natural colors and the minimal use of soap colorants. Variations in color are a unique nature of these handmade products. They are made of antioxidant rich vegetable based ingredients that are nourishing, healing, moisturizing, rejuvenating, skin hydrating and conditioning.

They are all SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) free but they provide a creamy lather that leaves your skin feeling soft and silky. Essential oils, fruit extracts, botanical extracts, oils and butters and other ingredients - like cocoa and honey - provide a subtle aromatic scent that is soothing and relaxing. Although individual results will vary, with regular use of these soaps, the skin will have noticeable results that are long lasting - including an even skin tone, supple, smooth and soft skin, elimination of itching and rashes, diminished appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and improvement of acne and scars.

I personally love tropical scents, so these two scents were both winners for me. What I like best about the scents is they are light; they're not over powering but they are fragrant enough to give you a soothing tropical feel.

The lather on these is really nice, and they clean your body (and face) really well. You're left with skin that feels clean, soft and smooth. There is no yucky residue and your skin won't be dry. These soaps also last a really nice amount of time, as you get a good amount for the price.

My best friend tested these out and he has super sensitive skin; he had no issues at all using these soaps and actually really liked them. His 80 year old father also tested this out and said it was the best soap he's ever used in his lifetime because it didn't leave a weird feeling and it made his skin feel good.... and he also noted that it made him smell "sexy for the ladies", haha.

Overall, these are a great line of natural soaps that I would highly recommend giving a try!
