Milani Baked Blush (mattes!) in Delizioso Pink & Bella Rosa - pics, swatches, review

Hello, Beautiful!

I love Milani's Baked Blushes (which I first reviewed back in March of 2012); I think Luminoso should be in everyone's collection. And up until now, all their baked blushes have contained shimmer (which come off more as a glow or sheen, rather than a glitter). Milani has come out with two new blushes and they're both matte! I can't tell you how excited I was about these - I love matte blushes, and these are gorgeous shades. I have both shades to share with you - Delizioso Pink and Bella Rosa. Check out all the product info below, along with my full review, after the pics!

Milani Baked Blush Info & Review:
Cost/Availability: $6.49 to $7.99 depending where you shop (0.12 oz full size). Available on the Milani website, at CVS, at Walgreens, and everywhere else Milani products are sold (some Walmarts carry Milani)
My Rating: 5 out of 5 Kisses!

A luxurious powder blush that features a melange infusion of colors baked on Italian terracotta tiles. Easy to use, sensorial in texture, the nuances of color become extraordinary luminous. Silky smooth application leaves your face looking healthy and radiant all day. Mirror and brush applicator included.

I already was a huge fan of Milani's Baked Blushes, but these two really hit it out of the park with these two new MATTE blushes. They're the first matte baked blushes from Milani and could the colors be any more gorgeous?! I'm in love!

Delizioso Pink is probably my favorite. It's a gorgeous matte baby pink that can really sweeten up your look. Bella Rosa is a red-rosey pink that would look great on a wide variety of skin tones. Both blushes blend out beautifully and you only need a very little amount of product, as they are very pigmented. The texture is silky smooth and soft.

Aside from Milani's Baked Blush in Luminoso, I think everyone also needs these two blushes!! I highly recommend getting your hands on these blushes!

Now let me know what you think...
What do you think of these new matte blushes from Milani? Which shade do you like better? Have you tried them or are they on your beauty wish list? Discuss in the comments below.

  1. I have Bella Rosa and love it (didn't realize until your post about the Rose Blushes that Milani has a different blush with the same name...so strange, couldn't they have just thought of a new name?) and I really want to find Delizioso Pink. It looks so gorgeous!!

  2. @ Lena (makeuplena): You NEED Delizioso Pink; it's simply one of my favorite blush shades of all time and I'm not a big blush wearer. And yes, wish they could have came up with a different name... it confused me at first when I heard people saying that Bella Rosa wasn't very good... and I'm thinking, um, yes it is! But they were talking about the Rose Powder Blushes and not these amazing matte Baked Blushes!
