Mally makes some of my favorite makeup; she's innovative and always has unique products and textures with long-lasting power. One of her most unique items is her Liquid Light Eyecolor. These powder to liquid -- that's right, I said powder to liquid -- eyeshadows are unique in formula and long lasting. I'd love to see a wider range of shades, but for now I'm loving these because they are fun to use.

Mally's Liquid Light Eyeshadow is an amazing new technology that starts its life as a powder and turns to a liquid, then sets back to a powder for easy blendability and long-lasting color. This unique formula give you the best of both worlds: the ease of applying a cream shadow, while setting and lasting as a powdered shadow.
Liquid light uses fresh-every-time encapsulated pigmented to provide a soft, sheer wash of color. The formula blends like a liquid, then sets like a powder to last.
In the trio you'll receive three shades: Brown, Plum, and Champagne. Wear them alone or mix and match to create your own look. Sold individually there is also a mint green shade option, although Champagne is not sold individually at this time. I would like to see other shades, like a shimmering gray and a shimmering taupe.
This trio includes three mixing wells that you can use to pour some of the powder in, then swirl it with a brush (or fingers) and apply. You don't need the mixing wells to use these shadows. You can mix them in the palm of your hand too.
You need to be careful when pouring out the powder because you can pour out too much and it's not easy to put it back into the tube. The tubes are labeled with the shade name, but without looking for the shade name it's impossible to know what shade is in the tube. I'd love to see a small color band around the tube (instead of the silver) to indicate what shade is inside.
Out of the three shades my favorite is Champagne, with Brown as a close second. I have to say that the shade Plum just wasn't for me. It was a bit flat with hardly any of the pretty metallic shimmer sheen as the other two shades, and it just didn't compliment me well. That doesn't mean that it won't look great on you. Champagne is gorgeous, but all Mally's shades that are named Champagne are divine! This Champagne is a warm golden champagne tone. The Brown shade will flatter just about everyone; it also is the one that had the best powder to liquid mixing ability (the others mixed fine but I noted that the Brown was the easiest and most effective). It's a copper bronze brown shade, which is nice to have that bit of metallic shimmer sheen to it. They are sheer, but you can build the color if you prefer, and apply over primer to get the best color and wear -- although they are long wearing on their own.
Overall I really loved using these and would for sure recommend you give these a try!

Wow those are really intriguing! Definitely understand the packaging concern though. I like to be able to find what I'm looking for really quickly, so colour-coding is always a good idea in my book.
