Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Polishes - 5 shades - pics, swatches, review

Hello, Beautiful!

In this post I have five shades of Sally Hansen's Complete Salon Manicure polishes to share with you: Cafe Au Lait (a sheer nude), Hidden Treasure (a great sheer shade to wear alone or over solid shades; also not the original Hidden Treasure that everyone loved because of the flakies), Pedal To The Metal (a silver metallic), Back To The Fuchsia (a great hot pink with subtle shimmer - my favorite of the group), and Cherry Cherry Bang Bang (a Barney purple). For the pics below, where the polish is shown on my nails, I used two coats. Let me know what shade you like best!

My Rating: 4.5 out of 5 Kisses

Five steps in one bottle: base coat, strengthener, growth treatment, color, and top coat.

Formulated with Vita-Care Technology for advanced wear, more shine and nourishing care. Currently available in over 40 shades.

The reason I like Sally Hansen's Complete Salon Manicure nail polish is because you really can skip your base coat and top coat. Of course I normally use a fast-drying top coat with any polish, but this is still a great polish formula. The bottles are nice too, and of course the shade selection is pretty.

Out of the five shades I shared with you in this post, my favorite is Back To The Fuchsia - which is a pretty hot pink with subtle shimmer.

A great polish line from Sally Hansen that I'd recommend!

Sally Hansen - 2 top coats - Diamond Flash Fast Dry Top Coat & Ultra-Wear Top Coat: pics, reviews

Hello, Beautiful!

I have two top coats to share with you in this post from Sally Hansen: Diamond Strength Diamond Flash Fast Dry Top Coat - to speed up your drying time and get you out the door - and Salon Manicure Ultra-Wear Top Coat - to extend your manicure longer.

Check out my pics, info, and reviews... click on pics to view them larger.

Sally Hansen - Diamond Strength
Diamond Flash Fast Dry Top Coat

Sally Hansen Diamond Strength Diamond Flash Fast Dry Top Coat Info & Review:
Cost/Availability: $6.99 (0.45 oz full size). Available on Ulta's website and everywhere else Sally Hansen is sold - such as Wal-Mart and Target.
My Rating: 4 out of 5 Kisses

A fast drying, strengthening top coat, that helps stop nails from breaking and provides brilliant shine. Creates a virtually shatter-proof shield to help prevent chipping and breaking. Real micro-diamond, platinum and aluminum formula for strength and shine. Fast drying, long-wearing protection.

I thought this was a little thick, but most fast-dry top coats are. It goes on nicely, although they recommend applying over dry nail polish, which may defeat the purpose of quick drying your nails. However, I will say it does have a ton of great shine that enhances whatever polish you have on underneath.

After 60 seconds my nails were dry to the touch, but needed a little longer to be smudge-proof.

I'd recommend checking this out.

Sally Hansen - Salon Manicure
Ultra-Wear Top Coat

Sally Hansen Salon Manicure Ultra-Wear Top Coat Info & Review:
Cost/Availability: $7.99 (0.5 oz full size). Available on Ulta's website and everywhere else Sally Hansen is sold - such as Wal-Mart and Target.
My Rating: 4.5 out of 5 Kisses

A salon strength protective top coat that improves nail color wear. Leaves nails with a hard, protective, salon-perfect finish that lasts. Biotin and spirulina creates a network that supports and strengthens weak nails. Forms a durable, high-gloss shield that seals and protects manicures up to 10 days. Self-leveling formula gives smooth, even, professional results everytime.

Did a great job at prolonging my nail polish for those times when I don't want to re-paint my nails daily or every couple days (which was my normal routine; now I leave my mani's on longer because of my busy schedule).

I'd definitely recommend this top coat!

My Rating: 5 out of 5 Kisses!

I've reviewed Sally Hansen Salon Effects on my blog several times, but I can't get enough of them because they're super easy to use and they have so many great styles available now. Made from real nail polish, making applying your polish super easy... I almost feel lazy using these, but I LOVE that about these! :)

There is no dry time, which means you are good to go right after application. Super easy to apply, just peel, press and file off excess. You can use a top coat to help prolong their wear, but they can last up to 10 days... and sometimes even longer! Remove with nail polish remover.

Out of the 8 designs shown in this post, my favorite is Shiny New Year because pink is my favorite color and I'm a glitter-aholic.

I will always recommend Sally Hansen Salon Effects!
