Formulated with SymWhite 377 and L-Lactic Acid that helps to inhibit hyper-pigmentation, lighten discolorations while conditioning and protecting the skin. This enticing serum is fortified with Neem Leaf extract that has specific abilities to help assist in skin clarity and tone. Enriched with lemon peel and sweet orange for stimulating refreshment of dull, tired skin, revealing a more illuminating and radiant complexion.
I didn't know if this would work or not, but for the price (even though I just have the sample size) I was hoping it would help. It certainly does work and I was really happy with this product. I've been testing it out on one area and I've had a noticeable difference in how dark my hyper-pigmentation is. I wish I would have taken before and after pics, but I didn't.
If you have hyper-pigmentation you will want to give this a try if others have failed.

White Out+ Supercharged is a luxurious, quick-absorbing under eye cream formulated to target specific needs of the eye contour area, where puffy eye bags and dark circles can be a problem. This precious formula is specifically designed to help diminish shadows and to reduce the look of bags by immediately camouflaging dark circles with light-dispersing, color-correcting diamond core particles. A Chiral blend of Adenosine, Adenine, Arginine, Bisabolol and BetaGlucan is added to improve cellular respiration, fight inflammation, detoxify, protect, heal, firm, and stimulate collagen while also providing Mitocondria support. Also contains Eyeliss, which has been proven to reduce eye bags and smooth the eye contour area with Haloxy, which combats dark circles caused by visible under-eye hemoglobin. Day Care is an amazing multi-active protective day moisturizer. Silky, light and quick-absorbing emulsion that replenishes your skin's natural moisture balance as it guards against environmental abuse and the harmful effects of free radicals. Contains L-Chamomile complex for soothing, D-Glucuronic for deep moisturizing, and D-Alpha Tocopherol for its antioxidant and skin protective properties - all which help to extend the vitality and tone resulting in smooth, hydrated skin. Titanium dioxide helps to protect from environmental damage. Has a soft vanilla scent.
This was a nice moisturizer, which would work for all skin types. If you have really oily skin then you may want to just use this at night (if you usually skip a moisturizing in the morning), since this does a really nice job at hydrating the skin. If you have super dry skin you may or may not find this has enough moisture for you. I liked the way this went on and how easily it melted into my skin, leaving behind perfect moisturization. Overall, a nice moisturizer - not the best I've used for my skin type, but this is definitely a nice moisturizer.
