By now most of everyone knows how much of a difference an eyeshadow primer can make when it comes to how your shadows look and they long they last. I've tried many out over the years but have loyally come back to the Too Faced Shadow Insurance time and time again... that is until now. Milani has come out with an eyeshadow primer and I've been loving it. I think it may even be a dupe for the Too Faced Shadow Insurance!

Milani Eyeshadow Primer Info & Review:
Cost/Availability: $6.49 (0.30 fl oz full size). Available on the Milani Cosmetics website, and everywhere else Milani Cosmetics are sold.
My Rating: 5 out of 5 Kisses!
Intensifies and extends the wear of any shadow, over 8 hour wear. A lightweight invisible finish works on all skin tones. The primer helps provide a seamless canvas for eyeshadow application and minimizes creasing throughout the day. Makes any cream or powder eyeshadow long-wearing!
This primer is fantastic! The best drugstore brand eyeshadow primer I've tried to date; in fact, I think it's a dupe for the Too Faced Shadow Insurance - or at least comes close to performing exactly like it!
I've been using this a lot, and my shadows don't go anywhere and the colors are truer when I use this. It's affordable too, and you get a lot of primer in this tube!
As you can see in the two examples photos above, the shadow colors look better over primer. I even did it using the Urban Decay Naked 2 palette, which already have nice pigmentation on their own and they still showed up better.
Really would recommend this eyeshadow primer! It's an affordable option that works; it's as simple as that!
